Is VeeCredit a loan or lending app?
No. VeeCredit does not lend money, charge interest or check your credit score. It is a record-keeping app — a digital khata — for money you give to and take from people you already know.
How do I log in?
With your mobile number. We send you a one-time password (OTP) by SMS — there is no password to remember. You can log in on the Android app or on this website.
Does the other person need the app?
No. You can share a read-only balance link with anyone over WhatsApp or SMS, and reminders fall back to SMS for people who don't have the app. If they do install VeeCredit, both of you see the same ledger.
Which languages are supported?
VeeCredit is available in 13 languages: English, Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi, Bengali, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Punjabi, Odia, Assamese and Urdu.
How is my data protected?
Login is by OTP, sensitive actions are protected by your 4-digit security PIN or fingerprint, and shared balance links are signed so they can't be guessed or altered.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. You can delete your account and its data at any time from the app, or from the "Delete my account" page on this website.
